The dots throughout the ring are hand carved.

Item is a size 7 and not sizeable.

The ring is 7/8" from front to back, 7/8" side to side, 3/8" top to bottom and 1/8" thick.

The INNER DIAMETER is 11/16" or 17.35mm which is a size 7.

Weight: 12 grams.

In Outstanding Condition, it has the official Roberto Coin red stone incorporated into it.

Could use a cleaning.
