Dreamy classic 70's floor length dress.  Comfortable pullover style.  Elastic Waistband.  Cornflower Blue fabric.  Feminine Split sleeve. Long double matching string style belt to tie at the waist.  Glass beads attached at each end.  The bodice is sparkly! By the brand Bernie Bee.

Condition: There are some stains, marks on the front.  I haven't tried to clean it.
