** NEW ** This tiny PCB is designed to protect a DCC decoder from being destroyed due to overloading caused by excessive motor current draw caused by a stalled or poor condition / rough running motor. The fuse is rated at 1.5A, and in the event of the fuse blowing, is self-resetting a short time after the power is removed. The PCB is fitted in series between the decoder and the loco motor, with the orange and grey wires from the decoder soldered to pads on one side the PCB and the two motor wires soldered to pads on the opposite side.
