Super clean excellent condition 1953-ish vintage A-4 trim saw. This was the original version of the legendary Porter-Cable model 314 trim saw.

Still has the outside blade guard, which is missing from almost all these. The lower guard opens and retracts smoothly. Trigger works great, extremely positive "click". No sparking or electrical odor. Spins up and runs as it should.

Minor issues: Cord has some cracks on the outer jacket at the plug and just past the boot - inner conductor insulation seems intact though.

Terrific example of a saw from a time when power tools were also works of art.
