Up for purchase is ONE used OEM roof rack cross bar tie down thumb screws for a 96-02 Toyota 4Runner. In good, used condition with no issues. Comes with thumb screws and threaded plate nuts. These go into the cross bar to allow them to tighten down the the longer vertical bars. Will fit any of the 4 locations. Any questions, please ask prior to purchase.
