Please note however that these are clearly used items and may have minor blemishes not referred to. If you are unsure please call us and we can describe items in more detail. Items are sent via courier. In the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged please contact us via the above telephone numbers and we will be more than happy to help you.

In most cases we will actually send the door complete but this is not always the case as a customer may purchase another item or we may need to take component parts out to make sure we can post it as each door has to be under 30kg to be posted. If you need any parts other than the bare door casing please contact us and we can tell you what will be included and what won't, to avoid disappointment.

Any additional express postage selected (such as DPD Next Day or Parcelforce 24 hour options) would not be refunded in the event of the customer returning a correctly supplied item. Note: This does not apply to a faulty item return.

FOR LARGE ITEMS SUCH AS DOORS, TAILGATES, BONNETS, BUMPERS, FRONT PANELS, AXLES, ENGINES AND GEARBOXES IT MAY BE NECESSARY TO CHARGE ASURCHARGE TO THE FOLLOWING AREAS; CORNWALL, DEVON, WEST SOMMERSET, NORFOLK, WEST WALES INC. ANGLESY, NORTHERN IRELAND, HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS AND SCOTLAND.
THIS IS DUE TO THESE ITEMS HAVING TO BE DELIVERED USING A MAN AND VAN SERIVCE WHO CHARGE EXTRA FOR THESE AREAS WHEN IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR US TO DELIVER ON OUR OWN VANS. IN MOST CASES WE WILL BE ABLE TO DELIVER TO YOUR POST CODES AT NO EXTRA COST ON OUR OWN VANS BUT IF YOU WOULD LIKE CLARITY PLEASE ASK US PRIOR TO PURCHASE OR ALTERNATIVELY, IF A SURCHARGE IS REQUIRED WE WILL PHONE YOU FOR PAYMENT.
