This is for a very undervalued Hulk Hogan card. Many people list these as 1989, but if you look on the book very few actually have the 1989 copyright date on the bottom. I don't see any completed ones that were correct. This is a very rare 1989 printing of these that is akin to the 1987 NWA Wonderama previews.
