If you pay via paypal and would like to collect then you will be required to bring some ID with you that matches the paypal payment address. Free parking on site.
Shipping
All items are sent using DPD Local (formerly known as Interlink Express). We have used many couriers in the past and have found these to be the most reliable even if slightly more expensive. Our postage charges reflect the quality of the service provided by DPD Local. Items are only dispatched on Week days, orders received over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday/Tuesday. This excludes all Public and Bank holidays. Please contact us for our Christmas / New Year schedule.
Deliverys are Mon-Fri Only.
Please note. If you consider our postage charges to be too high please reconsider your purchase as is it unfair to rate our postal charges poorly when leaving feedback.
Area's to which we deliver
We will only ship to confirmed addresses within the UK Mainland. We do not offer a service to Northern or Southern Ireland, Scottish Islands or Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, or the Channel Islands and will refund any orders placed from these locations.
Our definition of Scottish Highlands & Islands is as follows. Post Codes: FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV33-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH15-26, PH30, PH31-41, PH49-50, HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3.
Delivery
Delivery should be within 5 working days, we will dispatch it via a next working day service so you should hopefully get it before this. Tracking details will be sent. A signature will be required when your parcel is delivered. Please do not sign for a parcel unchecked, we cannot accept claims for damages after you have signed. If Interlink attempt more than two deliveries, we may require a further payment for continued delivery attempts. You can collect from your Interlink local depot. If the item is returned uncollected or unable to deliver you will be refunded less delivery charges and Interlinks return delivery charge to us.
Terms of Sale
Please note that these items are brand new. They may be end of line / manufacturer clearance products. This is how we are able to get a reduced price from the manufacturer and pass it on to yourself. They are fully complete and boxed, may not be original box. Boxes maybe scuffed or damaged during warehouse movement or reboxed in a plain carton. They will be covered with 90 day clearance warranty with ourselves. Warranty does not include return postage. The customer will be responsible for all postage costs to or from our warehouse. Any refunds will not include postage. The warranty is for domestic use only. Warranty covers electrical malfunction as long as the product has been used and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and has not been misused.
These products offer excellent value for money, hence the discount in price. Next day dispatch will depend on when we receive a confirmed paypal address and the time of day you have placed the order. Next day working day delivery is not guaranteed by the courier. Returns for any reason will be sent back at the customer's expense. Please ensure you have read all the above before purchasing.
