I'm categorizing as used, but there is really no evidence that it is.  Condition of both the box and controller are outstanding.  I rarely use this verbiage but I consider this a collector quality piece.  The controller and box are very nice.  There is a small dentnon the back of the box, shown in the images.  The cardboard insert is probably the worst conditioned piece and even that is pretty good.  Very rare for this condition to be around still.
