Product Description
The AEM 21-813C Cold Air Intake System produces horsepower and torque gains by replacing the restrictive factory air filter and intake housing on your Chevrolet Malibu 1.5L Turbo. Dyno-tested to deliver an estimated 12 HP gain at 5100 RPM, air enters through an oversized AEM Dryflow synthetic filter that provides outstanding airflow, filtration, and performance without requiring oil. The filter mounts in the original air box location protected by a heat shield designed to reduce intake temperatures and maximize power. The mandrel-bent aluminum intake tubing features a durable gunmetal gray powder coat finish and is engineered to work with all factory emissions components including the mass air flow sensor. The oil-free Dryflow filter can be used for up to 100,000 miles before cleaning is needed.
