Vintage NEOCETA 4 inch Pure Bristle Paint Brush Vulcanized In Rubber XX-RUGOL

Here is an antique paintbrush that I found in an old toolbox. It comes with the original paper wrapper. Looks like it’s in pretty good condition. Displays nicely in a collection. On the handle I can barely read out the words, but I believe they say. “PURE BRISTLE XX-RUGOL”.
