This is a nice vintage estate emerald cut synthetic purple sapphire ring. 18K solid yellow gold marked 18K. The size is 5 and weight is 17.1 grams. Nice design ring in decent vintage condition showing chipped corners and epoxy at two corners, please look at the pictures for details.
