Q: Is it an original OE part?

A: It's an so-called aftermarket part, but made precisely the same as OE product, premium quality, high performance and durable.

Q: How could I know if this part fits my vehicle?

A: Please use our compatibility chart above, pay attention to the engine displacement(and trim if you are viewing a body part).

The table may not cover all compatible vehicles, send us message before purchase if you have any uncertainty.

THE VIN CODE OF YOUR VEHICLE is the key for compatibility checking, THE BEST WAY IS, find out the OE number of your original part, so we can assure that if it's the proper part for your vehicle.

Q: I need the part very urgent, how could I get the package earlier?

A: We offer free economic/standard shipping plus extra expedited shipping like USPS priority parcel/mail. In general, we don't offer 2nd day or overnight delivery.

Q: Is the part brand new or used?

A: All item we are selling are brand new, we restock returned items only when it hasn't been opened/unpacked, in the same condition as when we send off.

RETURN POLICY:

1. Damaged In Transit: Please inspect your delivery immediately it arrives and notify us if there are any problems. If you have received a damaged item, we need to be notified within 48 hours of receipt.

2. Not Received / Incorrect Item Received: If you have not received the item that you ordered, please contact us. If we have sent the incorrect item in error, we will pay all postage costs to rectify the problem. If the item received is due to incorrect selection and the correct item is required, we will accept the item as a return at 100 percent of purchase value providing the item and packaging are in excellent condition. However, the purchaser will be required to pay the postage to return the original item and resend the replacement. Items must be returned before replacements will be sent.

3. Refunds: Refunds without exchange can be issued if you are not happy with your purchase, however the buyer will be responsible for postage involved with transaction.

4. Personal returns is not allowed in the warehouse!

SHIPPING:

1. Usually we handle orders within same business day if paid immediately. Expected ship time may vary and is based on compatibility confirmation after ordered. No post on weekends or Public Holidays.

2. We ship packages by USPS or UPS ---2-8 working days .

3. The packages cannot be delivered to a PO Box due to the large volume. Package will be held until a valid physical address is provided.

4. We are not responsible for any changes to address after item has been shipped.

5. Our warehouse is in California，all parcels will be shipped from local address.

Normally, the item will arrive in 2-8 days. But sometimes it takes a little bit longer. Please E-mail us if you don't receive the item, we promise to solve for you! Thank you!

TERMS OF SALES:

2. No instructions supplied, however all of our commodity will suffer technical support.

3. All returned items must be received in new,un-used condition for refund.
