I do not see anything on it that mentions Sterling Silver or .925 etc.  I'm not saying that it isn't, I'm just not saying that it is.  

Purchased at a local estate auction.  The back reads as shown Peyote Bird Designs.  Multi stones, two bear paws and two figural bear charms as shown.  

The hands do move manually, but it's not currently running.  I'm guessing it needs a new battery, but I don't have the eyes or hands to do that on a little ladies watch like this anymore.
