Return Policy
Please contact us prior to sending back any items to initiate a return.
A copy of your original invoice must be included with all returns.
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned parts.
Returned items must be in their original packaging and suitable for resale.
We do not accept returns on used parts.
Installed or test-fitted parts are non-returnable.
Returns are not accepted for electrical components.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of installation, use, or does not meet our return criteria.
All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled, in full or in part, before shipment.
If a canceled item was a special order, a 15% cancellation fee may apply.
