It is a Plastic Celluloid, Made in Hong Kong, in the 1960's. 

The Doe measures approx. 6" tall by 5 1/2" long, and she has 2 small dings in her face and ear
The Fawn Measures approx. 4 1/2" tall by 4 1/2" long, and has a small ding in one leg


Shows minor wear, staining and color discoloration from age with the paint.
