         Are intended for application in micriwave amplifier. GI or 1I means Germanium diodes

The diodes offer a capacitance of 0.7pF to 2pF and a peak voltage of 70mV to 110mV. The diodes features a small package. This reduces inductance, which is useful in high-frequency applications. The package diameter is only 3.6mm and the height is specified as 1.6mm
