Factory sealed. New old stock. Company value sticker on cover, but has been stickered over and half has been torn. Bottom right corner has some type of moisture damage. It has been bent and there is some heavy soiling or debris buildup under the shrink along the bottom edge. Aside from that bend in the corner the vinyl seems to be flat so I only presume the vinyl is in excellent playable condition.
