It is FACTORY SEALED and ready for a new home.  I have been asked by a local collector to sell off some of her late father's "stuff."

The piece is, in my opinion, in very good condition, no tears, rips, etc.  There is a very slight bend on the bottom-middle of the file card and a small bend in the upper right corner.  The plastic bubbles are intact, and all pieces are present.
