Designer Exchange sells thousands of items at any one time which have all been meticulously inspected by highly trained authenticators before being purchased and readied for sale. In-house experts are professionally trained to spot any and all inconsistencies and use AI powered technology. This is called the Double Lock Authenticity Promise.

Using expects mixed with the latest tools in authenticity, Designer Exchange can proudly state that all items for sale are the genuine article.

All items are sold pre-loved and prices reflect their condition. Designer Exchange does not cover damage or faults occurred after purchase.

If you order before 12pm Monday to Thursday then your order will arrive the next day. If you order after this time, your order will be delivered to you within 2 working days.

Designer Exchange participates in the eBay Authentication Guarantee scheme. Items eligible include a blue tick badge, indicating that the item will be inspected by experts before being shipped to the buyer. This can extend your delivery wait times. 

Delivery times will be affected by bank holidays and national holidays. International shipment estimated wait times are longer.

You have up to 28 days to return the item to us. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and any included packaging or documentation. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Designer Exchange reserves the right to offer no refund or a partial refund should your item not be returned with either: all that it was sold with or not in the condition it was sold as.

Refunds will be processed after inspection within 10 working days and if receiving a refund by card or bank, they may take a further 5 working days to appear in your account.
