This is a 24 page booklet containing the 1978 agreement between Blue Cross and the Portland Automobile Trades Assocation.  It has the provisions of the health insurance contract and the description of those authorized to enlist.  It is 8 & 1/2" by 6" bound with staples.  It has cardboard covers and is in excellent condition.
