This Voodoo 2 12MB PCI card has been in my Dell XPS T800R Windows 98SE gaming PC. The card works as it should, the 2D as well as 3D games play perfectly without any issue at all. I have used this for a lot of retro gaming without issue so I am confident your experience will be the same as mine. Comes with the VGA passthrough cable shown in the photos.
