After placing your order, please send us your exact measurements (Width in cm) within 24 hours via eBay message. If we do not receive your measurements in time, your blinds will be made to the maximum size of the selected range.

Size Limit Notice:

If your measurements exceed the selected size range, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

How to Measure:

1.    Measure the width of the recess where the blind will be installed.

2.    Let us know your fitting type: Inside or Outside mount.

3.    Important Note: To ensure smooth fitting: Fabric width is 3.5 cm less than the requested width due to fittings. Any extra length will simply roll onto the top rail.

Warranty Covers:

Manufacturing defects in materials 
Faulty or damaged operating mechanisms (roller tube, chain mechanism, brackets).
Fabric issues such as  holes present at the time of delivery.
Color fading within normal indoor conditions (not caused by direct sun/heat damage). 

Warranty Does Not Cover:

Normal wear and tear due to regular use.
Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or improper operation (e.g., pulling forcefully, twisting chains).
Exposure to moisture, water damage, mould, or extremely high humidity areas.
Damage due to accidents, pets, or children.
Alterations or modifications made after purchase.
Slight variations in color, texture, or finish, which are normal in textile products.

To make a warranty claim, you must provide: A clear photo of the original packaging as it was received.
A photo of the product at the time of delivery time

SHIPPING  

This item is dispatched using Royal Mail 2nd Class. This typically takes 3-5 working days to arrive. Please note, we can only dispatch items on normal working days. That is, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays and other public holidays. This Shipping price is only for Mainland UK, for off Mainland UK customers Please Contact us on   EBAY Messaging to get the price for shipping.

 RETURN AND REFUND POLICY 

  • Before Returning any product, please contact us through the EBAY for full instructions. Returns without contacting us will not be accepted.  

  • If buyer feel that the item they have purchased is not suitable, hey are welcome to return that but the responsibility for the return postage and packing will be on buyers we will not pay the return P&P. 

  • All returned goods must be unused and should have original packing with all tags, and free from wear and tear. Our return department have right to refuse the refund if the goods found used. 

  •    For the returned item we have already incurred postage cost to send them out THAT AMOUNT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.  

  • For items that have been offered on free post & packing a deduction of 20% of sales price will be made before refund. 

  • If you received the faulty item, please let us know within 10 working days of purchase. Do not send the goods without contact us through EBAY messaging we will provide you free post label to return and will send the replacement Out on receiving the faulty one back. 

NOT CALLED FOR & RETURNED PARCELS  

 For all those parcels that are returned to us by the Royal Mail as not called for because of wrong address, or no one was home or buyer unable to contact Royal Mail or our delivery service. In such case we will only refund price of Product not the postage cost as we have already paid that for delivery. To arrange the second delivery buyer, have to pay the shipping even on listing where we offer free P&P that is just for first delivery. To arrange second delivery buyer, have to Pay P&P.
