Tip 1: Test Before Installation
During testing, do not remove any protective films or labels. Be mindful of static electricity. Always wear an ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) wrist strap before attempting any repairs. This prevents static damage to the phone's internal electronics. Ensure you wear safety goggles and take care not to cut your fingers on glass fragments.
Tip 2: Simulated Testing
Screen replacements are highly fragile products. We strongly recommend testing before installation. Perform a simulated test: separate the phone (motherboard + LCD/screen), connect the audio cable to the new replacement, power on, and complete testing. If successful, proceed with installation. If display fails, contact us immediately. Do not force installation into the phone. Once installed, we cannot accept post-installation liability.
Tip 3: Avoid Excessive Cable Bending
Ensure the LCD cable is not excessively bent. Bends exceeding 90 degrees will cause black display.

Regarding Warranty:
Display abnormalities after installation, such as black screen, screen distortion, lines, liquid leakage, screen cracks, shattered screen, or broken flex cables, are not covered under warranty. Any display issues after installation indicate damage to the inner LCD screen, which is considered human-caused damage due to external force and not a quality defect. Such cases fall outside the scope of after-sales service!

Regarding Receipt:
When signing for the screen package, you must inspect it in person upon delivery (signature by the recipient is mandatory). If damage or quantity issues are found, refuse the delivery immediately and contact customer service for verification and resolution! Note: Signing without inspection or having someone else sign on your behalf constitutes acceptance of the item as undamaged. We will not be held responsible for damage reported after signing; all risks are borne by the recipient!

Regarding Installation:
Before installation, test the motherboard with the bare unit and connector cables. If issues arise during testing, pause installation and contact our customer service immediately. (Damage occurring during or after installation is not covered under warranty.)
Please understand the risks of screen replacement and assess your own repair capabilities. We recommend seeking professional repair and installation services. Products sold by our store are intended solely for repair purposes. We do not cover installation costs and assume no legal liability for damages resulting from other uses.

Do not upgrade the phone system before installing the screen.

Note:Testing
After receiving the goods, please bare metal test, that is, the phone is disassembled, the motherboard + battery, socket connected to the new screen, boot, display normal, test normal before installation. Please be sure to test the machine first. Make sure there is no problem with the quality, and then install the phone. (The reason for this is afraid of customers in the installation of the white process of their own damage to the LCD are not aware of) such as does not show, please contact us in a timely manner, do not force the installation of the mobile phone inside the test, if the installation of the mobile phone inside the liquid crystal only to inform the damage.

Precautions before installation
1. Before installing the screen, please remove the battery to put the machine into hibernation, this will ensure that the data will be written to the new screen.

2.Please be careful to press the screen when installing, the screen is very fragile, do not tear off the protective film during installation.

3. Before installation, please clean the flexible cable with alcohol and make sure it is well connected before testing if the screen works properly.

4. During the installation process, please do not pull the flexible cable, otherwise it will lead to black screen, blurring or unable to display.

5.If this is your first time trying to install the screen, we recommend you to ask a professional technician to help you install the screen.
