DELIVERY TIMES
Our products are delivered using a number of courier
services, primarily Fastway couriers and Australia Post. We reserve the right
to send your order with a courier of our choice.
We dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. Orders to
major cities will ordinarily arrive within 1-3 working days and orders to rural
areas will ordinarily arrive within 5-10 working days. Orders weighing 200
grams or less will be sent in a standard Australia Post envelope which can take
a longer period. Orders weighing over 200 grams will be sent with a much faster
courier service.
Despite these estimated delivery times of arrival, we DO NOT
guarantee deliveries will arrive at this specified time or date. We always do
our best but ultimately we are dependent on our courier companies. Always give
yourself adequate time for an order to arrive.
TRACKING AND YOUR SIGNATURE
All our deliveries are tracked and require your signature.
This allows you to track your parcel at any time. If you are not available at
the time of delivery, a calling card will be left for you to arrange a suitable
time for the item to be delivered. Deliveries can arrive at any time during day
from 7am to 6pm. We are unable to give specific delivery times. Please do not
request that deliveries are made on or within a certain time, as this is not
possible.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
If you wish, at the online checkout page, you may give
authority to leave your parcel at the door or some other location.
