This only covers replacement for any hardware that may develop a fault. No refund is available after the first 30 days. Peripherals such as keyboards, mouse, WiFi dongles, etc. are not covered by the warranty but we do ensure they're working and free from any damage and fully working when you receive the PC. This PC comes with a Warranty Void Seal. If that seal has been removed or tempered with, your warranty will become void.
There is no Software warranty on this machine. If you face any software problem after installing your own software on this PC, we will not be able to cover that under this warranty.
As you may appreciate, our responsibility is to have the PC delivered to you in fully working order, with all the programs and updates installed, as promised. However, we cannot verify and validate the source of your own software installations and therefore cannot cover that under our warranty. If you wish to have additional software installed, please let us know, we can do this for you professionally at an additional fee.
