This phonics book is in amazing shape for its age. Very little wear. The cover has a slight crease as well as the top lower right corner. The back has a few dings and rub marks. The top of the binding edge is worn.

I tried to picture all the wear in the photos. There is of course some yellowing to the pages from age but nothing off-putting. This book is a textbook and workbook all in one. It shows no signs of ever being used or written in. The colors of the illustrations in this book are very dark and vibrant.

This very well may be one of a kind in this condition.
