Payment

Shipping
The majority of products in our store are dispatched using a next working day courier service (24HR) if ordered before 2PM. All delivery tracking information will be uploaded to the order details upon dispatch. Please note, we can only deliver within UK mainland at the advertised price. Orders sent to courier delivery zones C & D will be an additional cost. This includes Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Scilly Isles. You can also collect for free (same day) from our warehouse which is located in Bury, Manchester. Our warehouse opening hours are Monday-Friday, 9-5pm. Please note, we are closed on weekends and bank holidays.
Returns
At Freedom Fire, our main goal is 100% customer satisfaction! We will always put our customers first. If for any reason you are not happy with one of our products, we will issue a full refund (excluding P&P) upon receipt of the returned goods - no questions asked! This applies for 60 days after purchase. If a product has been damaged during transit, please contact us immediately to issue a replacement/refund. We cannot take responsibility for damaged products that have not been made aware to us after 14 days of being delivered. For whatever reason, if you are unhappy with any of our products or services, please always e-mail or call us PRIOR to leaving any neutral or negative feedback on our account. This will allow us the chance to resolve the matter first. We pride ourselves on our reputation and work hard to maintain such a high standard of practice.
