Cleaning the furs:

Most of our fur coats and jackets are expertly cleaned in a special furs machine.

It is cleaned with sawdust and chemicals. This cleans the coat, feeds the leather, makes it more supple. The hair gets its silky shine back.

SECOND-HAND:

These are second-hand goods that may show normal signs of wear.

After the purchase

Once the goods have been paid, they will be well packed and sent directly.

It will be sent to you through eBay the tracking number.

Please check the respective website of DHL, DHL Express or Deutsche Post and follow the shipping.

Important:

If a package with transport damage arrives, please contact the parcel delivery service immediately. 

Fill in a claim there. So we can claim the insurance if the goods are damaged.

Should a package be refused acceptance, the customer will be charged for the return shipment.

before leaving unflattering feedback. We will 
do our best to make you a happy customer.
Shipping costs will not be refunded. 

When returning please note the Return Policy details.

Pack the goods well again. Register the parcel with the deliverer as a return.

Please attach the invoice and the customs documents in a cover from the outside to the package. 

The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer!
