Keep the slot upward when connecting the pen to station as step 1 showed.
Insert the nib to the hole end completely(8.7mm depth), otherwise, it may damage the nib or not adequate heat.
Not leave the nib unused for long time, it's not good for maintenance.
The temperature on the dial is in Celsius.
Try to avoid working on the pine wood if you're a novice, there are sticky mess occurs which you have to clean off often, please always try the most suitable temperature from low to high, since too high temperature will lead to unwanted excessive smoke and not easy to control.
