Used Sigma lens case 

Case has been used, it shows light wear from use. I don't see anything damaged, it looks and works good. I would rate it an 9, on a scale from 1 to 10.  

Made from nylon.  It has foam insert to keep lens in place. Case is missing shoulder strap.
