The color of the plates is quite bright and cheerful.  The flower decorations are riased, possibly in an enamel paint.  They are suffering a bit from age, however.  They have craqueled glaze and the yellow cartouches on the outer rim ave some slight fading in spots. Please examine the photos carefully?  I think they still have life in them!
