Returns Policy

Returns are accepted.

Return requests must be initiated within the timeframe specified in the 'Postage and payments' tab of you receiving your order. (Our standard policy is 30 days to initiate a return).

Default return shipping paid by: Seller.

Return Authorisation: All returns MUST be authorised by us first. Please contact us via eBay messages to initiate a return request within the allowed timeframe. Retain all original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs Clarification:

• For Change of Mind returns: Buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
• For verified Faulty, Damaged on Arrival (DOA), or Incorrect Items: We will cover reasonable return postage costs.

Change of Mind Returns:

• Condition: Items must be UNOPENED, UNUSED, and in original, sealed, resalable condition with all packaging/accessories intact. Opened or used items cannot be returned for change of mind.
• Fees: Subject to a 30% restocking fee PLUS deduction of the original shipping cost incurred by us (minimum $16.50 AUD).
• Compatibility: Returns due to incompatibility (where the item isn't faulty) are treated as change of mind returns and subject to these conditions and fees. Buyers are responsible for checking compatibility BEFORE purchase.
