All cards have a 13 digit serial number and a percentage scale. Values are hand stamped. The cards encoded by Anritsu for use in Australia range from 0000000000001 up to possibly 0000000002900. There is a first print series from 0000000000001 to 0000000001000
and a second run
0000000001001 to 0000000002000

and then a final third print of the $1.50
0000000002001 to 0000000002300 approx. (maximum 300 cards)

2 printings are known: AUS T2d : $5.00, serials #0601-0700, #1601-1700, TOTAL 200 CARDS.

In general, international postage for an envelope size registered is a flat $25, or $45 for EMS international, anything bigger than that will need to be weighed and measured and postage adjusted accordingly.
