Netherlands NVPH 31(Sc 35) on Intact Geurendaam #3 Postblad: Uden to Schijndel, Netherlands. Paper adherences on back from original attachment. Receiving mark on back. Appears to have been used as an Address Label since the 1c stamps are folded over the edges uncut and then was attached to a printed flyer/brochure which left the paper adherences. Properly pays the 5c Rate valid from 15 March 1882 thru 28 Feb 1921. Unique usage!
