Specialized 100 cm stem for road bike with 31.8 handlebar and 1 1/8 steerer tube.  Includes adapters for 0 degree, +2/-2 degrees, and -8/+16 degrees shims.  This came on my Roubaix, which I replaced new with a shorter stem.
