I do not know if this set is complete but I counted 122 pcs including roof and chimney. I think I saw 2 pieces that were chipped, most look pretty good. The box is pretty nice, has no split corners. The design book has 16 pages, looks complete? Heavy set, please check out shipping costs before purchasing, actual postage will be charged based on weight and destination. 

Use and enlarge all photos as they are an important part of the overall description of condition for this item. Please keep in mind that the tiniest flaw will be greatly exaggerated due to the highly magnified close up pictures, it will definitely look better in hand!
