Only if the order is returned to us will you be offered a coupon for 80% of the value of the product but not shipping or taxes.

2. If the order is lost by the carrier, don't worry! We will refund you the full amount.

4. You have 1 hour from the purchase to contact us if you want to make changes or cancellations. If you cancel before the hour, we will refund the total of your money.

After this time, if the order has already been sent to the factory for printing, we cannot make changes or cancellations, since all our products are made to order.

5. Colors may vary slightly due to lighting on your monitor, mock-ups, etc. We strive to provide accurate images!

The production process can take 1-3 business days.

Important: During holiday seasons such as Christmas and New Year, handling time may take up to 5 business days, we try to deliver as soon as possible.

 Please note that our products are mainly manufactured in the United States, but if your purchase is made outside of this country we could manufacture it in one of our allied factories near your location.
