About This Items
This month's issue of “2nd” features "IVY & PREPPY. This is our signature traditional project that we have featured many times in the past, but this time, instead of using the word “traditional,” we focus on ‘IVY’ and “PREPPY” in a more narrow sense and delve deeper into the subject. In the first feature article, “IVY&PREPPY 2025: Ivy for the Basics, Preppy for the Applications,” we will once again consider ‘IVY’ and "PREPPY. In addition, “MY IVY&PREPPY,” which includes both Ivy and Preppy styling by 2nd's trusted industry figures, “BRANDS' LATEST ONES!” which introduces this season's Ivy and Preppy new items, an introduction to vintage clothing stores that carry many vintage clothes that match Ivy styles, and an introduction to Ivy style clothing. The magazine also introduces vintage clothing stores that carry a large selection of vintage clothing that matches the Ivy style, and provides in-depth information on the history and basics of Ivy and preppy clothing from all angles. This is a special feature on Ivy & Preppy. The second special feature is on “leather totes,” a collection of the hottest spring bags to have in spring. You are sure to find the item you want.
My IVY&PREPPY
In this issue of “My IVY&PREPPY,” we ask what ‘Ivy’ and “Preppy” mean to each of the industry professionals, as well as the characteristics and differences in their respective styling.
The interview was conducted by some of the industry's most stylish people, including Hiroyuki Yagisawa of Harajuku Cassidy, David Marks, author of “AMETORA,” which unravels the history of Japanese fashion, and Shuhei Nishiguchi, director of BEAMS F.
This project is a perfect opening to this special issue.
