1. No returns or refunds after you have received the item, so make sure it is what you want!
2. All transactions will be recorded for seller protection to use incase a buyer opens a case claiming they did not receive the item
3. If you are buying sapphires/diamonds set up your shop before hand for quick and easy service!
4. I have the right to refuse to sell to anyone if I suspect you are suspicious or have reasons to believe you will open a case.

After you purchase your item follow these steps to receive it! (Send 6 Digit code sent to email so I can confirm delivery afterwards)
1. If you are a member, just send me your username or leave it in the buyer note and I will jamagram you your item if it is for AJ Classic unless it is a pet in which case I will need to trade.
2. If it is for AJPW or you are a nonmember I will login and trade you your item as soon as I can!
3. Delivery time ranges from 5 mins to 48 Hours (Some cases it can go longer if we can't both get on, but usually under 48 hours)
4. I am CT Time, but I work full time so sometimes I cannot get on right away, please be patient!
