·      All items are from a pet-free & smoke-free home (if pre-owned; I do not know what kind of household was before mine)

·      Every Designer has their own sizing; if you do not know your sizing in that designer clothing please research and find your size; no returns if it does not fit.

·      SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY! Please do not make a purchase or an offer if you do not intend to pay. A purchase on eBay is a binding contract and must be honored.

·       ·      Most of my items are from CURRENT lines. Some are SOLD OUT in department stores or limited edition items. Other pieces are returns, store displays, or runway merchandise. ALL my items are from NORDSTROM/ NORDSTROM RACK! All clothing and items have been handled/ or tried on in the store!

·      All sales are final but feel free to ask any questions or for more pictures

·      When making offers please do not offer less than 30% of the price; it will be declined

·      If you know that there is package theft going around in your area please let me know BEFORE purchasing to add an extra charge ($3) for signature confirmation. I cannot do anything or items that are stolen after it says its delivered.

·       Anything Priority mail under $9 shipping will be be packaged in poly-bag (non-bubble) and placed in a USPS padded flat rate envelope. If you will like to receive the item in a box, please let me know BEFORE purchase to adjust shipping price (around $15 depending on item). Beaded dress are also shipping in the USPS padded flat rate envelope.

Items listed under NEW WITH/WITHOUT TAGS or NEW WITH DEFECTS means:

·      Item is store display item in new condition or has been on the racks at Nordstrom

·      Some of the clothing’s manufacturer label is marked to prevent retail return. 

·      Items might have been tried on in stores but not worn outside of Nordstrom, this means the item may or may not have but not limited to wrinkles, deodorant marks, perfume smell or snag(s), scruffs, scratches or shoes creases.

·      Beaded dresses: Some do not come with extra beading but majority do.

 SHIPPING INFORMATION

ALL items are shipped via USPS with tracking numbers unless otherwise stated

o   Items that are under 16oz are shipped via First class which is shipped in a non-bubble poly-mailers

o   We are not responsible for service transit time. This information is provided by the carrier & excludes weekends & holidays. I do my best to ship out same-day or next day

o   I am not responsible for wrinkly clothing; I do not steam the clothes before shipping either. Expect them to have wrinkles from being stored. I will not pay for dry cleaning. I only sell the clothes as is.                       

o   If you want signature on your package please let me know BEFORE purchasing to add an extra charge ($3). I cannot do anything after it says its delivered

·      I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. Think before you buy.

o   All items are photographed before shipping, sometimes they are sent to you once shipped.

o   No returns on items that don't fit or seller remorse items

o   Every Designer has their own sizing. If you do not know your sizing in that designer clothing, please research & find your size. No returns if it does not fit

o   I know if the item is mine or not when being returned. I mark the clothing inside, & check when I receive it back. I also take photos of larger items (beaded dresses, gowns, jackets, etc) to have proof of the item before shipping

PAYMENT INFORMATION

·      I DO NOT DO CANCELLATIONS. If you paid for it, I will ship it out. If you return it back with out my permission, you will NOT be refunded (eBay policy).

·      I accept offers VIA PayPal on US orders bigger then 90$.

·      Payments must be received within 2 days.

·      Unpaid Item Reminders are continuously sent during items not paid within 2 days.

·      Unpaid Case will open by day 3 unless you contact me for more time

·      Don't forget "winning an item, you're obligated to purchase it "(eBay). PLEASE let me know if you changed your mind or will not be purchasing anymore; so I can re-list the item.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

   No returns on international sales

o   International sales are ONLY made through eBay Global Shipping Program

§  I do not see the extra charges that are made & ebay receives that extra charges

§   I ship directly to the Global Shipping office, which send out the packages to you

o   Please note that any taxes, duty, VAT or fees charged by your own country & postal services are beyond my control & for buyers to pay. eBay will charge you an amount for them to ship the item to you. I do not see that amount or receive that amount in my account. Any extra costs are your responsibility
