We accept returns within 30 days. All returned items must be in the original, undamaged packaging with all packaging materials, including any paperwork. Returned items should be double boxed to avoid defacing the original box/packing of the product. Please do not write on, place stickers, or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package. A restocking fee of 15% will apply to merchandise returned for a refund that is tested and found non defective. Return shipping is paid for by the buyer; we cannot offer any refunds or reimbursement for shipping expenses. If you refuse your delivery, the carrier will charge us for shipping both ways. These expenses accrued on your behalf will be deducted from your refund. Packages damaged in transit must be reported within 3 days from the date of delivery.
