THIS IS A STUNNING VINTAGE 1970 ROLEX AIR-KING WRISTWATCH IN STAINLESS STEEL.

DESCRIPTION.

 This is a fantastic example of the Rolex Oyster Perpetual Air-King wristwatch. With its beautiful original and unrestored classic dial this Rolex oozes style and charm. The gents 34mm oyster case is in good condition with a few light age related marks. The amazing condition original (Unrestored) dial has silver batons and matching pencil hands. This is a wonderful original example from 1970.

To complete this fantastic piece, we've put it on a new high quality Hirsch leather strap.

CASE.

The stainless steel 34mm case is in good condition for its age, its has a few very light marks. The case measures 34mm across without the original Rolex Oyster winding crown. Inside the case back all the marks are correct as expected.

DIAL.

The dial is 100% original and unrestored.

 Rolex Oyster Perpetual, Air-King, Precision, T Swiss T.

MOVEMENT.

The super high grade  automatic 26 jewels movement is in very good condition and has been fully serviced. The movement is fully signed as should be.

It also still retains its original Rolex winding crown. 

STRAP.

To finish this beautiful watch off, we've put it on a new high quality Hirsch strap.

THE BOX AND PAPERS.

Like most vintage wristwatches what are over 50 years old, the original certificate and box has been lost or discarded over the years. But even though this watch does not have its original box or certificate, this watch, the reference numbers, markings, signatures and hallmarks are all correct, dating the watch to circa 1970.
