h&r block 2011 deluxe homeowners & investors, federal and state tax prep software, item is sealed, and no way it could have been opened, so if this is a valid version, this is definitely still usable, thing that throws us off with this though is that it is kind of an exclusive offer type thing, as opposed to being in regular retail type of packaging, but from all the text of the case itself, it seems to be a full legit version from our understanding, it just is not what we're typically used to seeing with these tax prep softwares, but we will guarantee it as such, please see photos, actual items and contents are as shown, thanks!
