This is a beautiful teapot in very good condition. It has some light scratching from age and use and a small dent on the side near the handle's bottom. The base is also slightly bent. I think the handle is made of ebony and it has repousse wrapped around the lid, base and top. It's about 10 1/2" high, 10 1/2" from spout to handle and 5" wide. The Mermod & Jaccard stamp dates it between 1865 and 1905. See Pics.
