Returns are only accepted if the item you receive does not match the listing description or photos.
Returns for buyer?s remorse are not accepted.
Examples of buyer?s remorse include (but are not limited to):
? ordered wrong item
? don?t like the item
? not worth the price
? different than expected
? doesn?t fit / size too big or too small
To prevent fraudulent returns, all items are security-coded and photographed prior to shipping.
Items that have been used, washed, damaged, opened, or have tags removed are not eligible for a full refund.
If the item is sealed and the seal is broken/opened, the item is automatically considered used and is not eligible for a full refund.
To receive a full refund, the item must be returned in the exact same condition as received:
? unopened original packaging
? tags attached
? no signs of use, wear, odor, or damage
? all included accessories present
Any return that does not meet these conditions may result in a partial refund or denied refund depending on the condition upon inspection.
