Fast Shipping
When you purchase from us, your order will be processed and shipped within 3 business days after a successful payment. This excludes Saturdays and Sundays. If you purchase an item on Friday, your order will be shipped from our facility most likely on the following Monday or Tuesday.
Transit time typically varies between 2-5 business days.
lydiasthrift ships anywhere in the world. We do our part here to ensure that the package arrives to ebay’s international shipping program but are not liable for any issues from there on. We trust in their shipping program and have had no issues with it in the past.
We do not offer overnight or expedited shipping services.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason and only ship to verified addresses. We are not responsible for undeliverable addresses.
If you purchase an item over $500, we ship these packages with a signature required for delivery. This keeps both us as the seller and you as the buyer safe in case your package is lost or stolen during transit. If this will be an issue, please contact us through eBay’s messaging system or have your package delivered to a nearby FedEx pickup location.
If an item weighs over 70-pounds, it will be shipped via FedEx & UPS & cannot be shipped via USPS.
Order Cancellations
If you do not place an order cancellation request or email us prior to 9AM EST on the day that your order is to be processed & shipped, we reserve the right to deny cancellation.
Return Policy
We do not offer any returns. Order at your own risk. We as a company do our best to ensure that items are tested the best we can so there is no misleading information on our listings. We hope that you can understand!
Address Changes
We unfortunately are not able to edit shipping addresses once an order has been confirmed. If you need to change your address, please put in an order cancellation request on eBay or message us so we can cancel your order. You can then reorder with the correct address once the item you purchased goes back up live on our eBay storefront.
Warranty
We do not guarantee, offer or have any control over warranties of any kind. Most manufacturers will honor their warranty but we highly recommend contacting the manufacturer prior to making a purchase from lydiasthrift.
