Doccia porcelain. A large oval plate platter with beautiful polychrome painted flower bouquet.

The plate is made with a tin glaze over porcelain to whiten the grayish porcelain paste of the time. This tin glaze was used at Doccia around 1770.

SIZE: 11” x 8.5” x 1.25” tall at rim

CONDITION REPORT: Used. Excellent condition for its age, no chips, no cracks, no repairs, no excessive use-wear. Overall this plate has no significant damages, but it may show light use-wear consistent with age and prior service.

This one is in fantastic condition.
