Description: Up for sale is a beautiful Wedgwood April Flowers Single (1) Sugar Bowl & Lid. At the time this listing was written, multiple place setting pieces, extra pieces, and serving pieces were available in this pattern, so be sure and check out my many other lots!
 
The sugar bowl & lid measures approximately 4.0” in height (w/ lid), 3.125” in height (w/o lid), and the piece is marked with the following backstamp: “Wedgwood Bone China, Made in England, April Flowers” A few pieces in the set may have a slightly different backstamp. The sugar bowl & lid has a white base with a textured swirl rim, and a blue/purple flower design. The pattern has been discontinued with the years of manufacture between 1983 and 1988.
 
Condition: Overall, the sugar bowl & lid is in great condition and looks to have been rarely used. The sugar bowl & lid was acquired as part of a much larger set with little history known; however, no major condition issues (chips, cracks, crazing) were noticed upon a thorough inspection. The piece may show light utensil marks, flea bites, minor glazing/manufacturer imperfections, or minor cleaning/ storage scratches, but the piece looks only lightly used.  If you have specific questions regarding condition, please don’t hesitate to contact me as I am more than willing to help in any way I can!
