This unit was uninstalled and swapped out during a system upgrade and put back into shop inventory as a spare, It is in the box for the newer unit which was installed, and includes the paperwork & hardware packet for the newer unit seen in the above photos, No additional accessories. 

There are a few bits of plastic snapped off of the "ribs" that run along the inside of the front cover, (tips f 2 ribs) nothing that would affect functionality but noted for the record, the remainder of the unit is in good condition. (see photos)
